PLANNED: Mandatory Forestry Challenge Planning and Preparation Committee meeting with David Haas, forestry fire marshal, on November 2, 2026, from 3:35-5:45 PM in Room 224. Planned committee participation: 2 hours; the scheduled meeting window is 2 hours 10 minutes. Actual attendance and hours must be verified after the meeting.

Members will bring shared questions, learn about forestry and fire management, discuss how to apply the mentor guidance to team preparation, and coordinate next steps toward their goals for San Bernardino Forestry Challenge Session 1, November 11-14, 2026. Committee duties include collaborative planning, sharing resources, and coordinating team readiness.

Expected committee members: Damien Arias, Brandon Ayon, Trinity Campbell, Michael Gasco, Elizabeth Gomez-Sandoval, Naliahna Mendoza, Emily Padilla, Monique Ramirez, Eileen Rodriguez, Emely Rodriguez, Alexa Sanchez, and Azusena Vega. This documents duties within students existing Forestry Challenge preparation to support their Chapter Degree records, not an additional project. Each member should record the contribution they actually make after participating.
